About the role
We are recruiting for a technician to join our busy aftersales team. You’ll provide excellent support to our customers daily and in a timely manner. This multifaceted role comes with added training, and numerous development opportunities within the business. The role is based in our workshop and includes some travel in the greater Leinster area.
Core Tasks / Result Areas

Service, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. (covering Engine, Hydraulics and electrics).

Assembly of new equipment.

Keep up to date with equipment new developments.

Providing best in industry service to our customers.

Adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures

Effective support of the management of health & safety within the department, ensuring safe systems and work practices are observed.

A continuous development attitude and approach is required to personal development & skills training, attending internal and supplier training events and meetings related to department activities, as required.

Any additional tasks required by the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Irish business unit representing internationally recognised brands.
Essential Skills and Experience
Ideally we are looking for candidates with experience working on Golf course equipment. However, we will consider applicants who have experience working as Fitter or Mechanic with hydraulic experience, who want to change industry.
A must have, is a methodical mindset, due to the technical nature of the work we do.
